How to start with Oracle Functional [message #169250]

Hello,

I did MBA in HR and Finance and would like to get into Oracle Functional side(HR/Finance). But Im not sure how to go about it. Could someone please tell me how and where to start? Your help will be much appreciated.

you can have a bright future in oracle HR module...
first go and learn oracle financials...
buy a system and load oracle apps...

take coaching for a couple of months and then learn HR module on ur own and then you can try for jobs...

meanwhile if u can get a hr job do it in parallel.
