I have an receving issue. The PO was raised last year and it has 3 line items.
all the line items were received by the stores and receving was done. However the receving
transaction was done only for one line item and was recevied into the inventory.

However the PO was closed at line level and also at header level in Jan 2006. Now the stores person
wants to carry out the rececving transtions for remaning line items and wants to bring the materails into the
inventory. But this is not happening , since the po was closed in the system


does any one idea/suggestion , how to solve this issue.

How about trying miscellaneous receipts.

Hi

Select the "Include closed POs" option when you receive.
