ORACLE FUNCTIONAL ANALYST
DESCRIPTION
Our rapidly growing software company, a leader in language learning, is seeking an enthusiastic professional for our Solutions Development Team. This person will provide data analysis, troubleshooting, and set up for our business systems. Our core system is Oracle E-Business Suite. We are looking for seasoned professionals with experience with Oracle ERP systems

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Implement new currencies for global expansion
• Lead CRM and marketing initiatives
• Automate financial, logistical and inventory functions
• Work with business personnel to define requirements and train
• Document business flows and adhere to change management requirements
• Create financial and operational reports as required
• Implement workflow optimizations
• Implement business and security rules
• Develop detailed specifications for solutions that meet business requirements
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• BS in information management or computer science or equivalent
• Three to five (3-5) years of experience in a computer related field
• One to three (1-3) years experience supporting and developing an Oracle 11i ERP / business system
• One to three (1-3) years implementing functional requirements for medium to large organizations
• At least one full cycle Oracle CRM implementation required
• Experience developing customizations, interfaces and/or bolt-on solutions to established systems a plus
• PL/SQL knowledge a plus
• Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills required
