Our company has just purchased Oracle HRMS and I am assigned as the initial project manager to kickoff the project and determine where we should get consulting help from.
Does anyone have a implementation/project plan for Oracle HRMS that I could use to get a base for where to start this and can anyone recommend a consulting organization that specializes in Oracle HRMS implementation?

Take your time in researching a consulting group.
Oracle HRMS can be a nightmare, if not implemented properly.
We have had good luck with Baytree and IT Convergence consulting group.
