hai friends
i have completed oracle applications 11i(finance).now iam searching for job. i want what is meant by documentation and how to get sufficient knowledge about oracle finance.

hi
I can suggest you some ways to get good grip on Oracle Apps. Fin. modules. You need to practice these modules a lot on your system. You should be able to do any type of work without the assistance of any material.
Next thing is to read only your class notes and if possible read help screens in Oracle Applications. Dont go for documentation right now. Its very lengthy. The GL, AP and AR pdfs are very lengthy, they are more than one thousand pages each.
After learning basics you can read the documentation.
This is the advice I can give you. You think and decide.
