I am new to Jdeveloper and OAS. I have developed on JSP web module in Jdev and deployed it to OAS. But when I try to access this JSP module it generates an error " You are not authorized to view this page". It run fine with localhost though

can you please tell me that when you open the enterprise manager application server control, what name of application server do you see? I guess that your application servers name was not set when you installed the application server.
Might be a reason of this problem. the application server's name should be like "appserver_instance_name.computer_name.domain"
where appserver_instance_name is the name of your application server's instance
