I am using Oracle 9i-Re1 at Windows-XP SP2.
I am unable to find TKPROF utility file in my system.
Is that renamed with another name in this version?

Is the Oracle database on the Windows XP machine? Or just the client that you are using to communicate with a remote server?
TKPROF doesn't get installed with the client - only the server.
If XP is the server, TKPROF should be somewhere on your install disks.
If XP is the client, go to the server and use TKPROF from there. Otherwise, you can do a server install on XP - just don't create a database.
