hi,

Oracle product the archivelog's owner is root,originally it is oracle.
oracle version is oracle 9.2.0.7,os is hp ux.

It should not be root, the archivelog files should be owned by oracle user.
Anyways you can change it to "oracle" using "chown" command.

I know that i change it to 'oracle' using CHOWN command,but however the later archivelog is root.
