It became difficult for me understand the language of documentation of OM.PLEASE HELP ME AND TELL ME HOW CAN GET PERFECT IN OM, INVENTORY & PURCHASING?

It will be bit difficult to learn these modules in the begining.It will be easy if you have some domain expereince.
At the end of all the PDF there is a definition page where it explains all definitions.
It may happen that you have to refer other books for other understanding the concepts for ABC analysis,Kanban,Reorderpoint etc.
Of course there is still this forum for further helps,
