Hi,

I have installed the OWB and while trying to install the repository from OWB Repository Assistance after completing the wizard set up I have received an error-

"ORA-12516: TNS:listener could not find available handler with matching protocol stack " and the repository installation terminated.

I am also having a logfile (Please find attached) but I am unable to detect the correct cause for the same.

Can anyone help me to resolve this issue?
