i want to just ask that...is it possible to migrate database from oracle 7.3 to oracle 9i.if yes then what is the procedure in sort

yes.
exact procedures depends on the methods you choose and complexity of database.
I most cases a straight forward export/import may do.
Else
you can use an DBUA
or use the old fashion scripts.
