sir,
I unable to install oracle 8i personal edition in windows xp professional with service pack 2.Is there any solution so that i can install it? What changes are needed for installing Oracle 8i ? while instatling the oracle8i in windows XP giving an message No valid staging folder and no toplevel components of winnt.one of my friends able to starting installing Oracle 8i on his computer but after sometimes installation progress does not proceed further.
plz help.
