Hi,

I'm using Form 6i and I need to "manipulate" the contents of a directory of windows.

In detail, I need to access each file of certain type on a directory, process it and move it to another directory. But I haven't found anything about "directory exploration" for forms 6i and anything like that.

I'll appreciate any info that can help me with this situation.

You can use 'd2kwutil' to get a directory and/or file name. You can use a 'host' command to produce a list of files in a directory, and then another 'host' command to copy files between directories.

The solution was... well not pretty but flexible...

With a host I run something like "dir something_I_want > file_to_process". This creates a file with the contents of the directory.

Then I work with the contents of the file_to_process.
