ORA-28000: the account is locke" [message #161625]

I just installed Oracle 10g for win server 2003 but when I try to logon by "scott" and "tiger" I receive this error message "ORA-28000: the account is locke"

But I am sure you read it in the post-installation instructions of the Installation Guide.
Please make sure you use the Oracle Documentation! It is there and it is free. (Only requires a free and spam-free subscription to Oracle Technet)

I have another, little bit more difficult problem. It seems that the system account is locked (by mistake). I do not have any luck using the sys account either and all other accounts are unknown.

Is there someway to default system passwords?
