Hi,
Can anyone help me of how to write formula to calculate Gross pay ,net pay.
Though i know the general fomula
Gross Pay = Net pay + deductions
Net pay = earnings - deductions;
Basic sal = total sal * 60/100;
HRA = Total sal * 40/100;
pf = basic sal * 12%
i need to write fast formula using these in Oracle HRMS.
i WOULD HIGHLY APPRECIATE IF ANY HELP
