Hi,
How much the limitation of flat file rows to load by sql loader.
Because i am having one flat file having more than 1 crore when i try to load it showing error could not read or open the control file.
Please help me..

Always,
Post the error.
Post your versions,command line etc.
In this case, it seems that your controlfile is NOT visible to sqlldr.
did you name it properly ?
The most frequent newbie mistake is to edit the mycontrolfile.ctl in windows notepad and save it as mycontrolfile.ctl.txt.
Sqlldr will be looking for mycontrolfile.ctl
