Hi there, I am installing oracle 9i for training purposes and i have a few metalink docs i need to read, however i do not have a password and when i try =to register it asks me for a Support Identifier (CSI, SAC, Access Code etc.) ???


where on earth do i get one of these from ??


any help would be greatly appreciated

Metalink is not a free service.
You need to be an oracle customer. If are already a customer, talk to your CSI Administrator. He / she can set you an account.
