Our developers would like an upgrade because of the new .NET functionality in 10gR2 so:

Anyone upgraded from 10gR1 to 10gR2?
Were there any unexpected problems during the upgrade?
Is R2 stable enough to use in production?

We are now using 10.1.0.4.0 SE on win2000 server. It is relatively small db, about 100 GB.

Thanks for your comments.

I'd suggest upgrading your development database first/only, and seeing how it goes with your particular code. It would let the developers hammer away at the new version, while also getting to use the new features. By the time you are finished testing, they might have 10.2.0.2 out.

But I havn't heard of any specific problems.
