Hi Experts,
We need to store datas in oracle9i using hindi language. So i have made certain changes in my database which i have mentioned in detail below then i have made change in my local keyboard language to hindi. after storing the datas it gets updated as ? in database.While retriving those datas also it shows only ?(like ????). Please any one come up with the suggestion.
Environment:

Database: Oracle9i on Solaris 8.0

Parameters in Database:

NLS_LANGUAGE=HINDI
NLS_TERRITORY=INDIA
NLS_CHARACTERSET=WE8ISO8859P1
NLS_SORT=HINDI
NLS_NCHAR_CHARACTERSET=AL16UTF16

What type have colmn, where you stores data?
