How much ram do you have ?
How much transaction you are expecting daily?
Is it OLTP or OLAP ?
Data base is 24X7 or not...?
150 user means Multithreaded server DB will not be in dedicated mode...

For 1 GB

Suppose if we consider SGA of 1 GB than
1. Shared pool is 48% of SGA
2. Database buffer is 48% of SGA.
3. Log Buffer is 4 MB of SGA.
4. Java pool 20 MB
5. Large pool 20 MB.

earlier on this forum their was big discussion on this issue i still remember.... i hope site adminstrator will give link of that site to you....
