Hi,

I have 10gR2 RAC and Logical Standby. Redo Logs size are on the Primary site is 150MB and now I want to modify the size to 50MB..How can I replicate the same on our Logical Standby if I drop all the redo-log groups and add new groups.

File management is manual in Logical Standby .

Please give some suggestions.

Thanks, Dewan

The logical standby is a database on it's own and has it's own thread of redo, so there will be no association with the drop and recreate of the redo on the primary, you can simple do the same procedure that you did on the primary to the standby, to ensure that all database have the same size redo.

< hope you are not talking about standby redo logs >
