Hi,

I'm facing problems while trying to access iSQLPlus, from a 9i DB server running under Windows 2003. I keep getting an error, "FastCGI application failed to create mutex..." while trying to start HTTP Server from Windows start menu. However, if I access http://<<my_host_name>>, i get the Oracle HTTP Server home page. So, i believe the HTTP server is running properly and the problem is only with the iSQLPlus.

I'm not sure which port the iSQLPlus uses. So, i tried the default ports using http://<<my_host_name>>:7778 http://<<my_host_name>>:7778, with no positive results.

Please help.

Regards,
Jayaprakash
