We got the following error from Oracle and we need to investigate the oracle log files in order to explain why did we get this error message?
Please advise, what could have caused this error?
What should I look for in the oracle log files?

Our application is using a XA global transaction - is there any relation to that?

This is not error. This message only says that some transaction was started and not fixed by commit - so rolled back. This is possible that your application work incorrect and not ends transaction.
