I have successfully setup Oracle 9i client on my client machine and Oracle 9i server on server machine.Now i want to create a schema,I need create schema from server side or client side?I am a administrator and have the database password.It's enterprise manager console icon to perform that?

I need to create a user account and password.So which first i need to do that?create tablespace,user account and password?Create schame?
