hi all,
i am going to use the locally managed tablespaces so regarding this i have certain queries i.e.
1: if i have LMT then at any time can i switch to dictionary managed tablespaces.(if yes ,so what is the command)
2: if i have dictionary managed tablespaces. then at any time can i switch to LMT(if yes, so what is the command).

For both the questions the answer is NO,
if you are using Oracle version 9.2 onwards.
And its recommended by Oracle to use LMT.

Why?
As said by tarundba, it is not recomended.

It is not a single command.THere is more to be known.
Look into dbms_space_admin.tablespace_migrate_to_local.
