There's no way to recover the password. You can only change it. Oracle uses a one-way encryption method.
1.You could connect as SYS AS SYSDBA and change the password. Or locally at the machine "connect / as sysdba". For the latter, you need to be in the proper OS user group.
2. Via OEM you can also change the passwords.
