Can some one tell me about, how can i import values from any given XL file to a specific Table?

I'm using oracle 9i database and windows xp along with office 2003.

I have 3 columns in my XL file and 3 Fields in my table.

By 'XL file' do you mean an 'Excel File'?
Using improper/self-framed abbreviations is not so welcomed when you speak technically.
You can use sqlldr.
Search this forum for sqlldr/sql*loader.
You get many hits.
