Will Oracle generate ACH pre-notifications? Pre-notifications are non-dollar entries sent through the ACH network to verify the validity of payees' bank account information. It conveys the same information as (with the exception of the dollar amount and transaction code) that will be carried on the subsequent entries, and it allows the bank to verify accuracy of the account data. Does Oracle provide this functionality with its NACHA payment format?
