How can we customize Review Purchasing Policies page [message #151934]

Hi Guys,

I am in 11.5.7. I am trying to customize the "Review Puchasing Policies" link. When we click that link, it takes you to a general page where a general description is given.

My company has it own purchasing policies file defined. I need to change the link from this general description page to our company's page. It may be stored somewhere with a some name for ex. HPSPOLCY.htm in some directory. I need to href to this file from the normal path where it is goin to. I dont understand where exactly he has given link and in which file.

Help Appreciated.
