hello friends

i have 2 doubts

1) I know that there are several rules to take care about the

Different Releases and Versions of Export and Import.

HOW to find out the exact release and version of the

import and export utilities? what is the command? and where

should i run it to find out the release and version of

export and import utilities?

2) how to find out the mode of export at present, whether

it is full,user,table or tablespace?

Your first question is already answered here

--> how to find out the mode of export at present ???

What exactly you want to ask , can you make it more clear?

It depends on the parameters you passed to the export/import command.
Better to read the manuals for this.

for briefing,one such forum faq.

http://www.orafaq.com/faq/import_export

but i suggest you to read the docs.
