Could not start the OracleConcMgrVIS_fin service on Local Computer. [message #150822]

Hi Folks,
I am new to this Oracle apps and also to this forumn. I have problem while running OracleConcMgrVIS_fin at my system. Details are below

OS : windows 2003 server
Oracle apps version: 11.5.10.34

Once i installed and run the service it run successfully and i logged into the Oracle apps login screen.. But after I restart the server service didn't work. When i went to Services and tried to start the service then I am getting below error

Could not start the OracleConcMgrVIS_fin service on Local Computer.

Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.
---------------------------------------------------------
Note: I created applmgr login for this

Any help would be appreciated

Did u make sure the database is already started.
