I want to stop the service OracleOra9iasInfraEMWebsite on Windows 2000 server, but it always give en error.
I would like to stop it without restarting the server.

Check its dependencies from the Administrative Tools--> Services.

U can open a command prompt and type "net start" to see all the services running on your system including the ORacle services.
Filter the Oracle services and use the "Net Stop" command associated with the Oracle Service name.
