Hello,
Heres the couple of scenarios I've and how can it be done in Oracle TeleService??

Scenario1:

If a customer calls in and request for a replacement of a disk or if the customer calls in and complains saying that the disk is corrupted - the support sends a new disk out to the customer for NO CHARGE and does'nt request the customer to send the cd back.
Note: No physical inventory is maintained for this items.

Scenario2:

If a customer calls in and complains about the defective hardware equipment, the support ships out the new hardware to the customer and the customer ships out the defective hardware after they receive the new one.
Note: They maintain physical inventory.
