Hi pls i need answer for this question,
1.diff between pfile and spfile and its uses?
2.diff between locally managed tablespace and dictionary managed tablespace?
3.what is the main cause snapshot too old error?
4.what is difference undo segment and rollback segment?
5.if undo segment is lost can we recover the database?
6.what is the maxium number of redo log can v have and what is the maxium of members can we have database?
7.if we losted a initora file can we able to start the database?
8.what is default size to create a database?
9.can database have two rollback segments?
10.what are the different types tables in oracle?
11.what is partitioned table and what is the use?
12.What is advantages of export and import?
13.what are the new thing in oracle9i

Many can 'answer' your question.
But, how can you be sure that whatever me/anyone said is right?
What if my/anyone's 'answer' was just plainly wrong?
These questions are pretty basic and should be available in any book that deals with oracle database administration.
READ the book.
or
read the server concepts / administration manual.
If do not understand anything in that, Post here.
We can discuss/argue/demonstrate/provide proof-of-concept and clarify your doubt ( or make it worse.  . What are DBAs for? )

what is biggest/smallest/lengthiest/best/worse/newest/oldest/difference between/ advantages of any oracle features are best accounted in oracle documentation.

The right question would be
