LoadLibrary("imgscan.ocx") failed , why ?

When i work with WIN2000 , it Try this :

Start --> Run -->regsvr32 imgscan.ocx

It work OK . and give me message Successful .

But when I try it with Windows XP :

Start --> Run -->regsvr32 imgscan.ocx

It is give me this Message :

LoadLibrary("imgscan.ocx")failed - The specified module could not be found

remember my Form Builder is 6i version : 6.0.8.26.0 For Win XP

and download Patchset 13 then i try 17 , also give me this message above.

plz help i needed ............

I don't see this as being an Oracle Forms problem.

Is it a WP SP2 problem - set USE_SHARED_SOCKET=TRUE in registry and reboot.
