unable to extend temp segment error [message #148059]

Hi friends
i am getting "unable to extend temp segment by 128mb in your temp file".
I have 13gb of file size while running owb query i am getting the error. Please inform me the solution.

What version of Oracle?
What do you mean 13 gig of file?
How many users are on?
Do you get this consistently?
Is the statement that gets this error really strange?

may be you can add the datafile for the temparay tablespace
