Although I can only see some broken image-links instead of the frapper-map (probably one of the zillion Firefox/AdBlock blocks), I added myself too.

But "Bangalore" is not there in the city list so thought to add myself from "Delhi, India".

Interesting...

I didn't know there was such a thing as a "Southern Ocean". When I went to school we learned there were only 4 oceans (assuming you don't subdivide into north/south etc).

But according to this map there are 5. When did this happen, or is it something they just invented?

I'm from Mauritius island but now living in Thailand. I've moved 2 years ago.

I maintain a few databases around Asia and I'm migrating them from 8i to 10g this year.

Here's my contribution to this thread. I guess it's the only place I can say such a joke. In social events people would just look at me as if I'm crazy.

The guys who created the C language wanted to improve it. They did C++.

The guys who created COBOL, jealous, decided to do the same. They did ADD_ONE_TO_COBOL. Laughing

I just love it. The problem is I need to make a course on history of programming language. Which then in turns prompts my friends to leave and my girlfriend to think about breaking up. Laughing

The behaviour is quite different to that which it showed a couple of months ago. Try double clicking the 'tag'.

It looks like a completely different site. I thought it was a 'google' thing, now it is a 'yahoo' thing.

It has changed, but I preferred the old layout. It was clearer IMO. Still, 55 people have put themselves on the map. Not bad.
