Hi, im switching work from 5.9 to 5.10 and need to understand the classic differences between the working of 5.9 and 5.10. i.e 11.5.9 is mainly jsp customization. 11.5.10 is xml based, in this case what are the customization steps. If anyone can throw some light on this, it will help me a lot.

Hi chinmoy,
thanx for the doc. but this is not what i was looking for. 11.5.10 is customizable on JDev with OA Extension, 9.0.3 is what i wanted to know.
other than this, have you worked on any customization? i need to customize a region which is updating the appraisal page, i opened the MGFinalRatingPG.xml but is not supported by AM. if you know anything on this pls. let me know.
