hello
is it possible if i have a cold database backup with control file init file ...
to be able if i had to to uninstall the database server , then reinstall then restore the backup ...
there will be regeneration of dictionary entrie ?
this seem like NO WAY

If you have the database backup with everything , then you can clone the database again.
To know how,search cloning/copying databases on the forum or google it.
