Using different web browsers produce different results. It works fine on netscape 6.2 and IE 6 but not on earlier version or on netsape 7.1 or 7.2. . when I try download a .csv file I get an error message
'download' dialog box with "c:docu~.. tempfilename.csv could not be saved because the source file could not be read'"
sometimes instead I get the message below.
'The requested URL /pls/webapps/areg_app.assets.csv was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. '
have set up 'helper application' preferences within netscape for application/csv to open with Excel.
Any advice you can give would be much appreciated
