Hello,
I'm a new user here. all oracle experts out there i have this question for you. I use Visual Basic as front end and oracle as backend for my projects. Previously I was working with Windows NT environment where the DB connection through UDL was working fine. Now I use Windows XP and have no local network and servers. Both Oracle and VB are loaded in the same location. Now I have problem setting connection between the two through UDL. Everytime i try to connect it asks for the server address and it doesn't recognize the location. Plz help me on this.
