Hi,

Please provide me with the steps of refreshing an Oracle Database.

Assume i want to refresh DEVELOPMENT from PROD.....How to i do that...

Documents will help a lot.

Sure it will.
SEARCH the forum first.
The topic is been discussed a zillion times.
depending on your need you can use export/import or RMAN or Materialized view or Cold copy cloning ( ALL documented in documentation. Look into utilities manual and RMAN manual).
