What can be done if any next extent is greater than the largest free chunk.

add more space to tablespace by adding datafile or resising datafiles.
Also, try coalescing the tablespace & then check,

Can also use things like locally managed tablespace with uniform size, but if tablespace is full, it is full, and needs more space added.
