can anyone tell me that why we are assigning the requests group to the responsibility? what is the need?

if u dont assign it to a responsibility its staying as a standalone program which doesnot have a link that specifies where to run it from. in other words that is where u see this program name which can be run as a concurrent program

Request group is logical grouping of concurrent programs and request sets. Once it is assigned to responsibility and responsibility to user. User gets access to run those concurrent programs.
