We had encountered a corrupted data block problem for
a datafile. We could repair it by using old cold backup
files and archive log files and truncating certain
tables.

Is there any chance that the data once again getting
stored/saved in the same data block ?

If so, then is there any way to seal those corrupted
blocks in that datafile.

Block level corruptions are supposed to be dealt by OSS.
Raise a TAR.
