i have been asked to copy a db across but not able to start it

when i give startup

i get this error

ORA-01078: failure in processing system parameters
LRM-00116: syntax error at '=' following '='

when i do create spfile from pfile =....
i got

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-01078: failure in processing system parameters
LRM-00116: syntax error at '=' following '='

also i get this error also

ORA-24324: service handle not initialized
ORA-01041: internal error. hostdef extension doesn't exist

plz help..
the listner is fine and .... i have started it 2-3 times..

Seems like there are some invalid / incompatible initsid.ora specified in spfile /pfile.

what method are you using?
oracle versions (source and destination), OS
Is the source database currently operational and healthy?

Hi

Oracle is 9i (9.2.0...) and OS is Unix

I tried to make new pfile and try to start the DB with that also but failed.

yes it was in healthy condition.

I'm uploading Pfile and spfile

the parameter pga_aggregate_target has 2 = symbols (hence the given error Wink )
