Oracle 9.2.0.7 on AIX 5.2
Yesterday the server srated having Ora600 with some param I do not know yet, and my colleague tried to run catalog and catproc.sql. He started with catproc... Now the database has lock - i suppose is on some of the system triggers. He tried to bounce the instance in order to release the lock and now I could mount the instance, but not open it.
What will be the best way to bring the instance up and running?
Thanks for the help.

hi,

you must restart your server and check this issue once again.
I think after restarting the server machine it will work fine.
