Hi,
I would be able to guide you properly if you give us more information about your profile. I meant your educational qualification and work experience.

Oracle CRM is a functional course that would help you to go on to become an implementation consultant. You would be gettting into ERP implementation field mostly. To do CRm you need to be from the CRM back ground with 2 or more years of experience and qualification MBA in Marketing or PGDBA in Marketing or CRM.

The best way to get into this field is to get trained from Oracle on Oracle CRM.

Kindly mail me
1. Your Resume
2. Your Contact number with STD or ISD code.
3. Your present location.

These details would help us to give you proper guidance.
