Two questions about replication fo tables
1. If i replicate a table from database A to B and wants to have other tables referencing the MV in database B is that possible? What happens if the MV needs be refreshed completly? What happens with FK that are connected to the MV in database B?
2. I replicate table customer from databases A and B into C and the primary key consist of a number generated from a sequence. There is a possibility that the generated PK can be the same from database A and B. Is there any way to come around this problem (if I don't want to change the PK in database A and B)?
