Hi All,

Could anyone tell me that What is 'Sick Adjustments' ?

I have applied for OSP (Occupational Sick Pay). Ran the Payroll. Receiving the amounts as below:

SSP Pay = 171.99
Annual Salary = 3375.00
OSP = 2959.62
Sick Adjustment = - 2959.62 (Negative Amount)

What is Sick Adjustment ? Why is this OSP Amount is getting deducted by Sick Adjustment ?

Any ideas / thoughts are welcome.
